“Just about ANY personality trait or skill can be learned: simply find it in someone you know and copy it. Then watch what happens.” – Steve Goodier
The smallest, almost seemingly insignificant interactions we make with others, could determine who we go on to become. We are influenced both consciously and sub consciously, directly and indirectly, but it’s what we do with that influence which is important. We can learn from it, acquire it, ignore it, fight it, hide from it, embrace it etc.
Leaving yourself open to change means you have the ability to adapt better to potentially daunting situations and accept that life doesn’t always work out the way you would like. But ultimately, you will learn how to lead a more successful life.
A few changes are also underway in my professional life. New objectives, career goals and a chance to learn from experience.
So, always be adaptable, always listen to what others have to say and most importantly, try and incorporate the positives in to your own life both personal and professional.
Thanks for blogging about me Sam. Good article!
Well, you need someone to show you how not to do things as well!
